Feel Good Friday #45

Every week, Doubting Believer brings you things to read, watch or listen to that are sure to make you smile. Because we all could use a little good news.

Dave Chappelle–who makes us laugh, be uncomfortable and think hard–is getting the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor.

I LOVE this story that came out of the Pittsburgh marathon. Two women who realized they were the last people on the course, cheered each other on and held hands as they crossed the finish line.

Crafters came to the rescue of thousands of cute little baby birds.

I know many of you are working to reduce consumption. Check out this super-cool solution to plastic water bottles the London Marathon used this year.

Get some rest, do something fun, connect with people in real life and spend some time with God this weekend. Make renewal a priority so that you are able to be the person God calls you to be. Take care of yourself. The world needs you.
