With much of the country on stay-at-home order, this Feel Good Friday is going to be a bit different. Sharing some things that will help you feel good as you shelter in place and adjust to this temporary “new normal.”

And a reminder that this time at home is giving the earth a much-needed break. During the lockdown in China, CO2 emissions were down 25%. While we are taking deep breaths in order to stay calm during this crisis, the air we take in is a little bit cleaner.
Get some rest, do something fun, find new ways to connect to people and spend sometime with God this weekend. Make renewal a priority so that you are able to be the person God calls you to be. Take care of yourself. The world needs you.
