Pulling it Together in a World that is Falling Apart

The pandemic, the upcoming election, fires, hurricanes, lions and tigers and bears, oh, my!

All of the above (well, hopefully not the wild animals) are wreaking havoc on our lives today, particularly our spiritual and emotional lives. We are worn out and weary and certainly don’t have the energy to embark on a spiritual quest or complete lifestyle overhaul.

So I went on my own quest–to find the simplest things we can do or change that will make the biggest difference in how we think and feel. I read, researched and talked to some folks who are smarter than me, and have come up with:

5 simple shifts

3 prayer hacks

2 things

and put them all together in a online class.

My new class launches today and is only available for two weeks. Why the deadline? Because now is the time to adopt some new practices and strategies to get a little more sane and centered before the election and a holiday season made even more complicated by a pandemic.

So check it out and commit to trying these practices and strategies. None of them are extreme or time consuming, but will result in some positive changes if you’re willing to give them a shot.

This is hard, y’all. But there are simple things we can to do improve our mindset, our relationship with God and our emotional health. I hope you’ll join me in Pulling it Together in World that’s Falling Apart.
