A man from Bavaria has won this year’s award for the heaviest pumpkin grown in Germany, with his winning entry weighing in at a whopping 1,588 pounds.

Some random plaques begin appearing on benches in a park in Calgary. Due to park policy, they were removed, but the citizens of Calgary insisted that they get their weird (if not factual) plaques back .
She made an app for that
Thanks to this Houston high school senior and her partners, people are being fed–by an app...or at least through one. The app helps connects Houston-area grocery stores and bakeries who have extra food to donate with neighborhoods that are considered food deserts.
Y’all. Check out these seniors in Philadelphia who are making music–even in the midst of the madness of the pandemic. If this doesn’t make you smile, I don’t know what to do for you.
