Gratitude on the Move

It’s November, and we all know what that means. Time to be grateful. So you’re thankful…now what? How will you live out that gratitude?

Go beyond making lists or merely posting one thing your grateful for each day this month. Practice gratitude this Thanksgiving season by putting some feet on those things you’re thankful for. Let what you are grateful for put you in motion.

A few more examples of Gratitude on the Move are:

  • I am thankful for my kids, so I’m making (or taking them out to) a favorite meal tonight.
  • I’m grateful for the earth, so I’m going meatless today to lower my carbon footprint.
  • I am grateful for my mobility, so I’m taking a walk outside today.
  • I am thankful I have health insurance, so I’m going to write my congresspeople and ask them to see that everyone has health insurance.

Get creative. Have fun with it. Share how you are living in grateful response on social media using #gratitudeonthemove. You can also join our Facebook group and be inspired by other’s in-motion gratitude.
